I am a fun person looking to meet someone to share my time with. I am happiest in the company of friends, watching rugby (a fan of Wales I'm afraid) or equally seeing the latest film at the cinema or just snuggled up on the sofa with a stash of DVDs.

One of my favourite cities is New York, and having my sister live there the last few years has given me a very good excuse for lots of visits! My joint favourite is probably Paris but there are so many I haven’t seen yet! I love exploring new cities, especially in Europe, and it would be great to have someone to share the excitement of travelling with.

Watching tennis is a passion, and I always try to get tickets to Wimbledon ... this year I made it as far as the US Open ... although the rain didn't help me see any tennis!

It would be great to hear from you, but any nut-lovers beware as my allergy to nuts may be a slight problem!

Books: I can probably only name one favourite book - Pride & Prejudice. Apart from that there are just too many to choose from, so instead I’ll say that authors I like include Jodi Picoult, Jeffrey Archer, Michael Crichton, and Marian Keyes.

Movies: Got to be Start Wars (the original three obviously). I also like a lot of romantic comedies, sci-fi and comic book films.

Music: Anything I can dance and sing to, which tends to be pop or R'n'b, particularly female solo singers.

Food: Italian and seafood

No such thing as a “typical” Friday night! I think if I did the same thing every week I’d get bored, so it varies between a quiet night in front of the tv, a trip to the cinema, drinks and/or a club, or travelling to visit friends or family.
