I'm really easy going and I approach everything I do with an infectious optimism and enthusiasm. I’m great at making the best of any situation, I know how to have a good time, and I always make sure those around me are enjoying themselves too! Life is good and I squeeze as much into every day as I possibly can!

So I like live music, watching stand up, going to the theatre, I love my movies (big film buff), I've always got music playing whenever I'm not working, I like being outdoors, dining in nice restaurants, I'm pretty handy in the kitchen and I like to entertain, and there's not much that I wouldn't try. I also like to chill out with a bottle of wine, enjoy a good conversation, and I genuinely enjoy my sports so I play squash, go running, and visit the gym.

I’m grateful to have a fantastic group of family and friends around me and put a lot of value and energy into the people in my life (after all you only get back what you give). I'm honest, trustworthy, always there for my nearest and dearest whether it's sharing the highs, or supporting their lows, and I'm upfront and wear my heart on my sleeve (I'm not into playing games).

I've done a bit of travelling (Europe, Thailand, Vietnam, India etc) but would like to do a whole lot more and I've no idea where I'll end up in life as I'm always open to a world of full of opportunity. I believe, it's not the things you do in life you regret, it's the things you don't.

If it helps I'd like to meet someone who’s energetic, as a real zest for life, has passionate opinions and beliefs (I’m not drawn to people who just agree all the time or don't have a point of view), who’s spontaneous and dynamic, and basically a bit of a character just like me.

I like people who can talk as I've always got a lot to say (although I am a good listener), I like the adventurous type and people who get excited by trying new things, someone with broad horizons who has an open mind on the rest of the world and enjoys diversity. Oh, and you have to be able to act like fool and embarrass yourself too, as I'm not being the only one!!

I've been in the management consultancy / project management field working for a range of different clients over the last 10 years. I’ve had a successful career which I’ve really enjoyed and it’s given me some valuable experiences.

This year however I’ve decided to finally pursue what I’m really passionate about and I’m training to become a life coach whilst still working in consultancy. I’m really excited about my choice and loving every minute. It's having a much wider effect on my life than I could have ever imagined and I'm really enjoying the journey.

Cooking, Squash, Pool, Badminton, Making people feel comfortable, Talking, Listening, Entertaining people, Supporting my friends & family, My work, Chilling out, and finding new adventures to be had!

Is my confidence (I'm not the slightest bit arrogant), my energy and enthusiasm, my smile and my eyes.

Ooh this could be a long list, but you haven't got all day so here's a few from each category that I've enjoyed recently, Catch 22, The Count of Monte Cristo, A Tale of Two Cities, all of Gerald Durrell's books.

For movies, there's Chopper, Amelie, The Sea Inside, Let the Right One In, most Coen Brothers films, Momento (anything by Christopher Nolan), It's A Wonderful Life, On The Waterfront, Crazy Heart, Kick Ass, In Bruge..I'll stop there, I could go on for ever, I love watching movies.

Shows, Phantom's a bit of a classic, loved Death of a Salesman, Blood Brothers was good, and Grease was a good laugh.

Music, it's a cliché but I've got eclectic tastes. I listen to everything from Dubstep to Classical depending on the time of day and my mood. At the moment I’m listening to Ryan Adams (not Bryan), Keaton Henson, Lana Del Rey and Nick Drake.

Food wise, I'll eat anything, I'm a big foodie! Steak is great, love all sorts of pastas, Italian's a big hit with me, can't beat proper Indian food (I know a great little place in Manchester that's really authentic - I've traveled in India), Vietnamese and Thai are good, love a seafood paella, as you can tell I'm not fussy.

My iPhone (gateway to the world, email, music etc), My movies (love chilling out to a great film), The gym (love going to the gym, I actually enjoy it and I find exercise is the best way to unwind), My kitchen (love to cook), My music (constantly listening to something), and my friends and family of course!

Everything! My brain never shuts up and I get interested by a dozen new things a day be it the newest gadget, breaking news, an interesting perspective I've never heard before, the endless possibilities in 24hrs, and the trivia of properly listening to a friends day.

Either having friends round to mine for dinner, heading out to a nice bar for a few drinks or a good restaurant for a quality meal, being entertained by friends, or doing something random...

Ask me what you want, I'll probably tell you, I'm an open book.
