I am adventurous, confident, and a pretty nice guy.
My Self-Summary
I like me. People say I'm one of the most interesting people they
know and that I'm good to talk to and confide in. I feel good when
I do nice things and make people smile. I spend a lot of my time
just thinking about stuff, and my best friends in the world are
ones who I can just get lost in some deep, strange conversation
with. I'm a lot like Indiana Jones in that I love exploring the
mysteries of life, while educating my mind to appreciate new
things. I like to do fun and exciting things and live outside the
box, and to see the funny side of things. I don't have a problem
laughing at myself or doing something embarrassing.
I'm the kind of person who won't judge someone. I've been through a
lot in my life and seen people I care about go through even more. I
always look for the best in people, and I understand that, in
everyone, there is more than meets the eye. There are few things
that give me more satisfaction than getting to know somebody who is
unpopular or has a bad reputation, and finding out that he or she
is actually a really wonderful person.
What I’m doing with my life
Living it, as best I can.
I'm attending UW-Madison and studying psychology. I'd like to go to
graduate school after this, but if I wind up in a good job that I
enjoy instead, I'm okay with that too. I know it doesn't sound like
I have much of a concrete plan, and it's true, I don't. I've
learned that even the best laid plans can go awry, so my philosophy
is to keep my options open, take life head on, and do the best I
can do with what I have.
And oddly enough, it's been working out pretty well so far.
I’m really good at
Being there for people. Standing out in a sea of monotony. Making a
difference. Being a goofball. Winding up in ridiculous situations.
Getting speeding tickets. Falling off of high places. Smiling.
Walking for miles at any time of the night or day. Adventures.
Telling stories.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm usually pretty quiet at first.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I like a lot of things. Like for music, I pretty much like stuff
from every genre, depending on the song. I'll watch any movie once
and I like way more than I can remember off the top of my head. But
here are a few examples of each:
Books: Harry Potter, Watchmen, Fahrenheit 451, One Flew Over the
Cuckoo's Nest, A Wrinkle in Time
Movies: The Lost Boys, Jurassic Park, Donnie Darko, Fight Club, The
Dark Knight
Music: Queen, Ozzie Osbourne, 3 Doors Down, The Beatles, pretty
much everything from the 80's.
Food: Pizza, Oreos, grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato soup,
Culver's burgers, A&W
The six things I could never do without
1. My friends
2. My family
3. My freedom
4. My mind
5. My heart
6. My computer
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Life, the universe, and everything. Lately I've been trying to
figure stuff out and think of how to be a good person. I also like
to philosophize and I think about the future and meeting my
potential.
On a typical Friday night I am
Seeking fun and excitement with my friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I like The Notebook!
You should message me if
You want to talk to me.
