My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I was born and brought up in India. I came to Tucson to do my master's at U of A. Now I am working at an engineering firm designing some cool(?) stuff.

I like to delve into history and if that has taught me anything about race religion or any other human created categories it is that the differences between them are ephemeral. I like playing racquetball, badminton and tennis. I also like pool and poker. Camping, hiking and stargazing once a while are great!

What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am a Mechanical engineer by profession. Figuring things out is one of my hobbies. Other than that, I am a budding photographer. Love peeking into the space with my little telescope. I love comedy. I like to read and write but struggling due to the limited number of hours in a day.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I am a good sportsman, I love playing various sports and games. I like to say I am good at science because it actually is quite a tool for a fun life (Imagine if you have a vision with which you can see all the stuff magicians do, it's quite the same). Recently I am getting good at photography (Who isn't?).

But I guess, I am not so good at writing this type of profile!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I wonder what would be the first thing. It also depends, sometimes I have a beard that will be noticed first or sometimes I have a weird t-shirt. But I guess people soon realize I am more fun after the 'first things'.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Godfather, fountainhead are some of my favorites. God of Small Things, Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynman! Dawkins, Hitchens, Orwell .. incomplete list.

Godfather, Matrix trilogy, Good Will Hunting, Most of Kubrick, Coen brothers, De Niro, Brando and Tarantino. Duck Soup, Man from the Earth, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, You have got mail, All the President's Men, A Few Good Men, Easy Rider.

To name a few, The West Wing, The wire, Sopranos, Mad Men, Breaking Bad, TopGear (U.K.), Louie, Daily Show, Colbert Report, House MD, Everybody Loves Raymond, Seinfeld, Firefly, Malcom in the Middle! And TED (though not technically television).
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Internet and my camera. Rest all I can get with these. Some kind of sport(playing).
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Improving my photography skills. Which book to read next. Stand up material, I am definitely writing some soon, or so I think.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Watching missed TV shows. Reading blogs and news, working on Photographs, reading a book, out with friends, watching a movie.

Typically anything more interesting than a workday! :-)
