My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Born and raised in North Dakota, but only moved to Bismarck a few years ago. Between work, hobbies, and being a naturally shy person, I tend not to meet many new people.

Pretty much an indoors kinda person, with only a slight interest in the rugged outdoors. Firm believer that it's "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt." That being said, I "remove all doubt" more often than I care to admit.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have a job as a Tech Analyst for a company here in Bismarck. I primarily work on a software program used throughout the state. The job allows me to do a lot of different things. It always stays fresh and challenging so I enjoy that.

I enjoy gaming quite a lot and not just the video variety. I much prefer playing board, card, and tabletop games with a group of friends.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Mixing drinks. It's a passion of mine. Give me a shaker, ice, and a decent selection and I can make some magic.

Solving puzzles. I love doing puzzles of all kinds, from Sudoku to cave puzzles to Professor Layton to mysteries.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
The first thing that people notice is probably my goatee. While I have brown hair, my facial hair comes in with red tones. Kinda odd, but pretty cool all the same. It gives me a decent pirate name as well should I ever need to sail the seven seas.

Outside of physical appearances, it would probably be how reserved I am.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
-Lord of the Rings
-The Count of Monte Cristo
-Game of Thrones

I really enjoy fantasy books for the most part. I read some Sci-Fi here and there, but fantasy is my literary love.

-Phantom of the Opera
-Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World
-Mad Max: Fury Road

I'm pretty varied with my movie tastes. I tend to like most everything but horror. Big fan of the recent Marvel movies. Also, I'm a sucker for musicals.

-Game of Thrones
-The Flash

Big fan of geeky series.

-Ben Folds
-Jonathan Coulton
-Van Canto

I'm not as big into music as most people. I tend to drift more towards acoustic and metal.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
-The Local Speakeasy
-Classic Literature
-Smart Phones
-Hot Showers
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I'm usually rehashing the plot of the last thing I've read/watched/played. Stories have a way of getting in my head and staying there.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Getting together with friends, having some drinks, and playing some games is certainly a way I'd like to spend an evening.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Well, since the love of musicals is already out of the bag earlier in the profile, I can't really reuse that here.

I'll have to go with the fact that I still have a child like imagination. Cardboard tube? More like a samurai sword.
