I am 40 years old, I have no children, and I have been riding solo for .. longer than you would probably believe if I told you.

I am an introvert, I don't like being around large groups of people for extended periods of time, and I am really uncomfortable just going up to people I don't know and introducing myself. Thanks to my time working for Disney in Orlando I have developed the ability operate in groups and teams to the point where most people won't recognize my introversion too much.
Probably my favorite pass time is watching movies, I also like to read and listen to talk radio.
Politically I am a social Libertarian and a Fiscal conservative, if you want to do something in your house and it doesn't effect me then why is it any of my business? I am definitely not a fan of large government or of mid level bureaucrats coming into my house and telling me what I have to do.
I have been a loner most of my life, with the exception of a few close friends who have since come and gone. I am comfortable in my own skin and I am fully capable of taking care of myself.
My hope in this site is to facilitate the next part of my life. I have traveled, lived many places in the USA and overseas, there are many stories I have to tell. I think the next part of my life needs to be with a woman who appreciates loyalty, and knows what she wants. I am someone who requires a bit of alone time to recharge their batteries, but that doesn't mean I am a cold fish either.
I think essentially I am pretty much just a dude, I would really like to find the dudette to complete the ensemble.

I am Loyal, Considerate, and odd

I am working as the IT guy for a school in Montgomery, I recently graduated from Cincinnati State with a 3.74 GPA. I am currently enrolled at Devry to finish my bachelor's degree in Technical Management.

Listening to people and understanding their motivations.

Developing solutions and identifying a path forward when things seem impossible. I keep my cool when other people are imploding, but as the downside of that sometimes it takes me awhile to make a decision.

Is probably either my eyes or my sense of humor. It depends really, and I have been told both things so there it is...

I love a lot of movies, I don't really have any favorites. They are all so different. I can think of a few I hate because they are just oh so bad... Darkness Falls for instance... thats 2 hours and 10 bux I wish I could have back right there... Oh and Scorpion King... If you are gonna watch Conan, go rent Conan not some silly wrestler in a bad knock off... I mean come on, the bad guy was supposedly some sort of super swordsman or whatever and the Rock beat him down with no real technique in what... 10 minutes?

Books, I am currently reading, "Sun Tzu for Execution, How to Use the Art of War to get Results" by Steven W. Michaelson. I recently finished "Sun Tzu for Success". I think it is really interesting how the writings of an old Chinese military advisor can have so much relevance to everyday life.

Books I would put in my favorite list:

2) Music Folder on my PC

3) Programming reference books (try to remember all that madness and you will know why thats here)

4) Assorted games on the computer, laugh if you want but they are far more engaging than TV. (Check out Halflife 2 if you want to play a game with a great story and excellent character development, or Neverwinter Nights 2... easily one of the most involved single player Roleplaying games I have ever played on a PC)

5) Taz the cat, loyal friend and grouchy traveling companion.. Where would I be without him.

Probably at the gym. I have been on a big time fitness thing lately because the doctor prescribed me a light dose of blood pressure medicene. I looked at myself in the mirror, declared myself a fat-ass and proceeded to try to fix it. So far 41 pounds gone and so is the blood pressure medicene.
