My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
So first things first. My dating model is non-monogamous but consensual. I am currently dating somebody but we have an arrangement that allows us to see other people but in a more casual capacity. That on top of I plan on moving out west (probably Portland) in the spring to set myself up for grad school. If neither of these things bother you then read on, young grasshopper.

I romanticize the lives in Bruce Springsteen songs and Richard Russo novels.

I'm an INFJ if you're in to that sort of thing. (Heavy emphasis on the introvert part. It doesn't mean I'm not fun and can't be outgoing but rather I recharge my batteries with my alone time. In recent relationships I've noticed I try to be a pleaser when it comes to spending lots of time together but if I don't get to disappear a bit, it will most definitely catch up to me. For more information on interacting with introverts (complete with pictures):

I've been told if I were a super hero I'd be Captain America.

My name means Noble. What does yours mean?
(I don't really read into the above line...just fun to think about).

I support sex positivity and intelligence (I'm sure all the guys say that). GGG, fetlife and all those healthy things.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Figuring out grad school options. I got into a school outside Philly but I'm thinking it's waaaaaay too much money/debt for me to take on. Looking into heading back west in the spring to maybe Portland get a masters in marriage/family counseling as my foundation to eventually be a sex therapist. I TOLD YOU I AM SEX POSITIVE, DAMMIT!

Trying to enjoy myself until then.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Working on my pinball game
Irish exits
Painting (also working on it)
Putting together Ikea furniture.
Talking about sex (surprisingly making the effort is half the's amazing how we're conditioned to be terrible at talking about sex)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
People say my teeth. I sort of have fangs.

I'm tallish, so maybe that.

And my sweet rack.

Anything sad and beautiful

Here's a few:

Books: Grapes of Wrath, Blood Meridian, Sex Outside the Lines (if you have an interest in human sexuality and sociology, I HIGHLY recommend this book), How Soon is Never, Unbearable Lightness of Being, They Shoot Horses Don't They?, Philosophy and Bruce Springsteen. I worked in a bookstore for 3 years. This list is long.

Comics: Currently reading Saga, Sex Criminals, Trees, Southern Bastards, Ms Marvel, God Hates Astronauts, Bitch Planet, Descender and The Fade Out. Also, Big Man Plans is AMAZING.

(I basically only have time to read sex books and comics...I'm not complaining).

Movies: Sunshine, Breathless, Rushmore, What We Do In the Shadows, Jurassic Park, Like Crazy, Casablanca, Shame, They Shoot Horses Don't They?, The Misfits, Badlands, Adventureland, Warrior (and Warriors)...lots more. I also have a thing for tough-guy, blue collar, inspirational tear-jerkers (ie Rocky, Warrior, 8 Mile)...bros cry too.

Music: Bruce, Frightened Rabbit, The Replacements, Gaslight Anthem, Hold Steady, The Lucky Soul, Sam Cooke, still true blue for The Ataris...lots more. I recently did a NCAA bracket style tournament of 64 of my favorite songs to figure out which is my favorite. Turns out "So Long, Astoria" by the Ataris. It beat "Racing in the Street" by Springsteen (that doesn't mean it's a better song...just favorite).

TV: Fargo, Rick and Morty, Cosmos, Broad City, GoT, Mad Men, Breaking Bad, The Wire, Kids in the Hall, Friday Night Lights, Veep, Inside Amy Schumer, Silicon Valley, The Inbetweeners (UK version), early Simpsons...and probably lots more of these too.

Video games: Mass Effect, Portal, Silent Hill 2, Conker's Bad Fur Day, Skyrim, The Last of Us...ya know...the hits. Currently playing Arkham Knight. Hoping to get to Witcher 3 and/or Until Dawn soon.

Podcasts: Doug Loves Movies, How Did This Get Made, You Made it Weird, Sklarbro County, Savage Love, Sex Nerd Sandra, Carnalcopia, HoundTall, Fantasy Focus Football (I know, I know), Cracked, etc.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Bruce Springsteen
Denver Broncos
The Simpsons
All my favorite books, movies, music and video games
Dancing (which I'm sadly not fulfilling lately)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What responsibility do we have to life when we have such a short time compared to the rest of existence...that and the etymology of the word pajamas.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I'm coming to love sober(ish) Fridays. It makes Saturdays something to live for.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
If Lisa Simpson were real and an actual age, I'd totally have a crush on her.

I also have a Star Wars're only 22 once, right?

I never learned how to swim.

You know of any good 80's nights. I'm still looking for the place that will play New Order followed by Prince followed by Erasure followed by Rod Stewart. Young hearts be free tonight, indeed.

Also, what's your stance on Oxford commas?

*I should note here that I'm in a non-monogamous place in my life right now. I'm in a relationship but we have an understanding on this subject. I don't think I'm in a place to start a new relationship on top of this one (especially since I plan on moving in the spring). Regardless, I'd still like to find substance and connections with whomever I spend time with, no matter how involved it may be. If this jives with you...then message away :)
