I've lived in Philly my entire life and love it. I went to Penn State and graduated with a BA in Journalism and a Minor in English in 2010. I'm your average Philly sports fan (read: hardcore) I play bass in a rock band called The Jawn. There's more to it than that, but I could go on forever.

I work for the state welfare department. It's a job that pays the bills and makes me want a new job. My line of work definitely provides me with some interesting stories, characters and sometimes insane frustration.

Other than that, my band takes up a good chunk of my free time.

Playing guitar and bass, poker, and managing to make almost everyone I've ever met laugh.

I'm a ginger. Hard to miss that one.

Books: Anything Stephen King is at least worth a look. I'll read anything if someone recommends it. The last novels I finished were As I Lay Dying and The Sun Also Rises.

Movies: The Godfather and The Godfather Part 2 are two of my favorite movies of all time, but I like way too many movies to list. (And if you've never seen them, you don't know what you're missing, seriously.) I like comedies and dramas almost equally, and a good horror/thriller is always a plus. I have about 100 DVDs and my collection keeps growing.

TV shows: Mad Men is easily the best Drama on TV right now. I also enjoy Game Of Thrones and Boardwalk Empire in terms of current shows. I just finished The Sopranos and The Wire, both of which were great. Now it's on to Breaking Bad. I can't turn off the History channel sometimes, no matter what's on. Louie is some of the funniest TV I've ever seen.

Music: Metallica is my favorite band of all time followed closely by Led Zeppelin, but I listen to nearly everything. I'm pretty open musically. Most recently downloaded: The Rolling Stones, Biffy Clyro, Zedd, Wu Tang Clan

Food: I love Steak, Chili and a good Burger. I'm clearly not a vegetarian. (But it won't bother me if you are.)

What my band's next song is going to sound like. Good guitar riffs. How to beat the neutral zone trap. When to bluff. How strange movie plots can be and still get away with it.

Just realized almost all my pictures feature headgear of somekind... So that too.

Smoking bath salts, trying to start the zombie apocalypse.

When I'm not doing that, I'm probably playing a show, hanging at a bar, or chilling in and enjoying a beer and movie evening.

I still occasionally pick my nose, but I've never eaten a booger.
