My self-summary
Introduction
I consider myself to be an old-fashioned gentleman, and will open doors for ladies etc. I love Doctor Who, and many other "geeky" shows, and I also like writing poetry. I have a black belt in Taekwondo (a 2nd Dan black belt to be precise), but I have not trained for a few years. However, it is my intention to get back into training. I don't really read as much as I should. I am currently reading Jane Austin's "Emma". I sometimes read Shakespeare, and know off by heart sonnets 18 and 130.

TV
I love Doctor Who, as well as How I Met Your Mother, Red Dwarf, Black Adder, The It Crowd, The Goodies etc.

Poetry
I enjoy writing poetry and short fiction. I have attempted (unsuccessfully) in the past to write a novel a few times. I mostly write poetry. My favourite styles are the sonnet and the ballad. I am currently writing my first ballad entitled "The Rime of the Space-Age Marinere" (a parody of Coleridge's "Rime of the Ancyent Maninere").
What I’m doing with my life
I am currently at Utas studying a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Philosophy. As well as studying Philosophy, I am also studying History and Latin. My Latin is, at present, very poor.
