I am intelligent, level-headed, and an odd duck.

My Self-Summary

I'm from AK, used to be in the AF, moved to AZ and eventually started going for an MA at UA. Spent a few years in KR and JP.

Looking for someone with whom to mix cocktails.

What I’m doing with my life

Getting an MLS at UA

I’m really good at

Drawing
Proofreading
Cooking
Eating
Drinking
Repairing drywall
Digging holes
Bathing cats
Breaking things
Fixing things
Sleeping

The first things people usually notice about me

I'm tall.
I'm usually dressed in black.
I speak like most people write (except with better grammar).

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

The best book is "Cyberantics" by Jerry Prosser. It is a children's book about a robotic ant, made as a tie in to. of all things, an "Aliens" comic book.

I mostly listen to metal, but other genres sneak in there, too. Mostly if they're really spectacularly good though. Actually the same applies to metal. My favorite bands of late are Clutch and Einherjer. I still sometimes listen to Cranes.

"The Road Warrior" is the Greatest Movie Ever Made. That really should tell you all you need to know about my taste.

I've been making feijoada like it's my mission in life. Eating it, too. And yes, there are consequences.

The six things I could never do without

Food
Shelter
Water
Air
Clothing
Electronic dictionaries

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Girls, what else? Uh...ideas for stories. Weird lines that would be great if I could work them in somewhere. Subversions of philosophy. The idea of signals in communication that shut down rational consideration in the listener. Artificial intelligence. A T-shirt that would get the wearer killed in Korea. (Just going through the book where I write these things down)

On a typical Friday night I am

Wandering up and down 4th avenue, or in front of my computer.

You should message me if

You're too smart for your own good.
You like making new cocktails.
