My self-summary
Heya!
All you really need to know is: I'm sciencey, literary, musicy and adventurous. If you are any/all of these things, we will probably hit it off.

If you're still curious, other relevant stuff:
- I like novels a lot. Kurt Vonnegut gets my soul.
- I'm big on copious honesty.
- I'm happy when learning and growing.
- "Feminism" to me means being a decent person.
- I may try to offend you with a twisted joke.
- Let's discuss the big confusing issues.
- INTJ is the best MB descriptor of me, but it's not all that accurate.
- I don't like gender roles. Sometimes I want to be the little spoon.
- You may find me in my natural habitats of Cinema Nova, cheap bars, nature, travelling or playing music.

I'm looking to befriend interesting/fun/intelligent people. If there's physical chemistry that's great too (there probably will be after you hear my "neutron walks into a bar" joke).
I'm not actively seeking a relationship, but I'm not against them either.
What I’m doing with my life
I spent last year teaching in Cambodia. This is still big in my heart.
Now I'm back to doing science, cycling about, working on a shitty novel, hanging out in Brunswick, re-learning French and playing bass in a band.
I’m really good at
Verbal sparring, explaining science in normal-person language, getting into weird situations, hauling my pack through slummy streets, DnMs, guitaring, hugs, empathy, grammar, beating the shower timer.

I'm not good at:
Small talk (see: the weather/celebrity gossip), overly formal settings, deciding things for other people.
The first things people usually notice about me
Obviously my roguishly good looks. Or my smile.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
All the free online courses I want to do, song lyric meanings, neuroscience/consciousness, how to help the world, Bokononism, what the perfect job would be, the Bechdel test, my to-do list
On a typical Friday night I am
Plotting to take over the world.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have a weird thing for spreadsheets.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 22–29
  • Near me
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
You think we'd get along and want to meet in person.
If you know a cool place to go/thing to do, you want to discuss a book that we've both read, see a movie, play a game of chess, or grab a drink and get to know each other.
