I am a pretty laid back person with random interests, skill sets, and a sense of humor. I have to admit, I live the life of a student. That said, I may spend one afternoon studying for exams and another going wine tasting and trying free saturday morning archery lessons. Plus, there's the occasional weekday entirely spent in PJs. I love to explore hidden city gems and do new things. I believe in the power of properly timed sarcasm and the occasional borderline inappropriate joke. I think story telling and people watching are enjoyable pastimes if done right. I enjoy getting to know new people, and love the art of human conversation.

I'm currently in medical school, so I have tons of random stories in my arsenal. Everyday is different, and I always learn something new.

Ps, I have a thing for brains, i.e. neuroscience... I'm also leading towards pediatrics.

not following a recipe when I cook... don't worry, I rarely have to order pizza to make up for botched home cooking.

Music: Anything!... really, if you shuffle my itunes you may get some avett brothers, florence + the machine, boyz II men, avicii, lady antebellum, al green, yiruma, temper trap, lil wayne, etc.

Television: big variety of everything: Modern family, HIMYM, criminal minds, good wife, 30rock, revenge, castle, psych, dexter...

Movies: I don't have a favorite, but I'm always in favor of curling up in bed to a good movie of any genre. In addition to blockbuster hits, I love everything from cartoons (despicable me, how to train your dragon, totoro) to cheesy 90s government-action-conspiracy movies (Fugitive, Murder at 1600, etc...I blame my dad for instilling that interest in me).

Food: I love trying / cooking new foods!

Doing something different than the previous Friday night. Options include a quiet night of doing absolutely nothing, dinner and game night with friends, wine/beer tasting, going on a nice night hike, hitting up a comedy club, going out with friends, or simply catching up on sleep

When I was a little kid, I thought there weren't as many Asian kids in my neighborhood because the Asian stork had to travel further to get there... you know, like from Asia
