This profile is a couple/few years old now and... due to a whirlwind `o life events and a general ambivalence/aversion to dating... I have not done much to keep with the requisite maintenance. That being said... I have decided to once again dip my toe(s) into the murky waters of relationship hunting... SO... in the interest of full dis-claim-osure... you should know that everything under the following line is still basically true... but I intend on making some updates here and/or there. I am an Artist... however... I support myself by being a regular `ol "9-5er". Unfortunately... since I want to eat AND pay my bills... compromises need to be made. That being said... the "real-job" is not a terribly painful compromise... because it is at least in my field and for the most part I like it. BUT... no matter how responsible I'm trying to be... OR... how much I like eating... I would still say that I am an Artist FIRST.
I have a good to great sense of humor... I am witty... smart... polite (thanks Ma)... honest AND sincere... open-minded... fun/funny... generally maybe kind of shy... and sometimes quiet-ish.
The only thing I like more than laughing... making other people laugh. Preferably "with me" and not "at me"... but either is fine.
The NEED to Knows:
I suffer from a life-long battle with nostalgia.
I occasionally have a goofy haircut. (Just because.)
I have tattoos. More than one... and most of them are in plain sight.
I enjoy good TV, movies, and music... however... I do occasionally indulge in BAD music, movies, and TV.
I wear jeans and t-shirts but can and will clean-up nicely from time to time.
I appreciate culture, sub-culture, AND pop culture equally.
I like to shop.
I have been told I have style... albeit... my own style.
I like chachkis, kitsch, flea markets, and antique malls.
I prefer the Rolling Stones to the Beatles.
I collect and save things for reasons I am not always aware of.
I have had some version of a mustache within the last year.
I sometimes watch and/or attend sporting events.
I have a shoe collection that is bigger than yours.
I am a proud uncle to a couple of RAD little nephews.
