It is not easy to talk positively about yourself and be honest
without coming across as arrogant, so bear in mind, I'm just trying
to be direct (Anyway, we all think we're great don't we?). I'm
generally an easy going, laid back person who likes to go with the
flow, unless there is no flow of course, in which case I can be a
bit petulant. I am warm and friendly, well educated, articulate and
imaginative. I can come across as ever so slightly intellectual,
but this is less to do with my IQ and more to do with thinking
about things before I argue them. When I over- think them, I
realise I'm actually pretty dumb. Anyway, it would be nice to talk
to someone who can understand my conversational leaps without
having to back-track. I may be a thinker, but being an artistic
person I'm also deeply sensual.
Somewhere along the way, I lost my local accent almost completely, so that is something you have to get over pretty quickly. I am down to earth, but I'm also an individual and I desire to be myself. I think we should all allow ourselves to be different. I can be witty and charming and I'm more boyish than blokey if that makes any sense to you. I like to joke a lot in conversation. I have a very dry sense of humour, which can be my downfall when I'm saying something seriously and people are expecting a punchline. I'm a professional pianist and I've played all over the world. Music is a big part of me.
I'm looking for a woman that makes me feel as if I can conquer the world, a woman who I just can't take my eyes off. For me, attraction comes in many forms and sizes, a kind expression, a happy, carefree smile or something elusive and mysterious that only I alone can unfold. I'm not sold on empty beauty.
