I'm a dichotomy of sorts: intense but laid back, athletic but lazy (couch + netflix + pizza!), intelligent and intellectually curious but a meat-head at heart. I'm just looking for cool people to connect with at the moment. If I really like what I see, I might say hi.
What I’m doing with my life
I have my own strength coaching business that I run out of one of the best gyms in the city, where I also run the gym's strength program. I absolutely love it and appreciate that I can make a living doing what I'm passionate about.
I'm also trying to set food PRs on a regular basis.
I’m really good at
Eating, lifting weights, cleaning my plate, strength training, finishing all the food, squats, asking if you're going to finish your food, deadlifts, finishing your food for you but only after making sure you don't want the rest, watching other people do Crossfit while I rest 8 minutes between sets of squats. And eating.

The six things I could never do without
Some time to myself every day
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How morning people are aliens in disguise and how they're winning the long-game to take over and enslave earth with their 4:30am wake-ups.
On a typical Friday night I am
Honesty is the best policy: Working late then coming home to eat and watch Netflix.
You should message me if
You even lift, bro.
And you should definitely message me if you're libertarian, athletic, and even lift, bro.
