Your Notes
Edit your notesI am goofy, garrulous, and shy.
My Self-Summary
I love riding motorcycles. I also enjoy talking about motorcycle riding.
I enjoy driving at night, under a full moon. Less traffic, same areas, but a new view on what's always been there.
My life does not revolve around motorcycles. Though, I am in a considerably better mood when they're involved (at least most of the time).
I love waiting for the perfect moment to drop a line from a movie, tv show, or previous conversation to get a laugh.
What I’m doing with my life
Considering getting more education.
Riding Motorcycles.
Taking Pictures.
Learning about the stock market and financial trading.
I’m really good at
I consider myself a good car driver as well.
Being literal when it's inconvenient, or funny (or both). (Amelia Bedelia is great.)
Laughing at my own bad jokes.
I find great joy in being able take pictures, video and audio clips. Words do not accurately describe the satisfaction this technology brings me.
The first things people usually notice about me
"You haven't changed a bit"...
"You don't look much like your siblings"...
If someone leaves me a voicemail, it is not uncommon for them to ask if I'm asleep. I love a good solid rest, but rarely achieve it.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I believe in books. They are good. I don't have many, nor do I open any very frequently. I am however, fairly well trained to read (and write). I have nothing against books. Simply put, they currently are not something I make much use of... I can, will, and do, get sucked into browsing wikipedia for hours at a time.
Movies:
Movies are my escape from reality.
I prefer comedy, action/adventure, sci-fi/fantasy. I'm not a big fan of drama or things that are particularly close to reality (unless it's funny). I think I can handle chick flicks just fine, though I haven't watched any recently. I don't escape reality as often as I would like.
Some movies I've enjoyed more than once:
Willow, The Princess Bride, Boondock Saints, The Hunt for the Red October, Drop Dead Fred, Taken, Yes Man, Transformers, Lord of the Rings, The original Star Wars Trilogy, Idiocracy, Fight Club, Donnie Darko, Constantine, Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Run Fat Boy Run, The Matrix, V for Vendetta, Equilibrium, The Protector, Jackie Chan's First Strike (and others), Grosse Pointe Blank, Fun with Dick and Jane, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Big Fish, Gone in 60 Seconds, Twister, Contact, Gattica, Men in Black, Stargate, Ghostbusters, The Gods must be crazy, Crocodile Dundee, Indiana Jones, Nick and Norah's infinite playlist.
Other movies I've enjoyed enough to watch again, but haven't... yet:
Lucky # Slevin, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Little Miss Sunshine, The King of California, How to lose friends and alienate people... I think I liked X-Men: Origins more than the new Star Trek. But I thought both were good.
It turns out I'm also somewhat of an anime fan...
Naruto, Escaflowne, and Rurouni Kenshin are some that I've been watching as of late.
Music: I'm not a music buff. I skip songs as they begin, or before they finish, whatever and whenever I feel like it when listening alone. I AM extremely picky of what I choose to listen to for extended amounts of time. I prefer soundtracks from movies over an album by a single artist.
Food: I'm a sugar fiend. I have some favorites, but typically I'm not too picky. Simply put, I eat to live. Though I understand the concept of Live to eat.
The six things I could never do without
Vision is probably my favorite, followed by feeling air, sunlight, and occasional rain. (Combined with motorcycle riding is a plus).
I've decided that my hearing is also VERY important to me, as my sense of smell and taste is rather lacking.
I also really enjoy shoes and clean socks, but not necessarily in that order.
I try to never leave home without my house key, pants, and footwear.
A device which allows me to capture moments in order to share with others, as well as recall events, people and places.
