My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm really a big fan of how OkCupid has set up this site. I would just tell you about myself but this site apparently knows me better than I know myself so what would be the point? Let's see how well OkCupid did when asked to describe my personality:

More dominant- Wrong
More energetic- Wrong
More cool- Wrong
More spontaneous- Wrong
More logical- Wrong
Less geeky- Wrong
Less friendly to strangers- Wrong
Less giving- Wrong
Less indie- Wrong
Less romantic- Wrong
Less spiritual- Wrong
Less political- Wrong
Less kinky- Wrong

So they got 0 out of 13 personality traits they think describe me correct. You think they would have at least lucked into getting one right but I guess that's too much to ask. Here's hoping they continue to pat themselves on the back for a job well done with their intricate matching and personality system.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm doing a lot of sh*t after the Summer of Discontent that I found myself in when I graduated from graduate school months ago. I'm volunteering at the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center where I dig and do other archaeology crap. I'm also working at a thrift store part time. Nothing special. Finally, I play guitar at an assisted living place for money. I like to play them Nine Inch Nails and Dr. Dre. I always play the classics. Some of them like to tell me that what I play is just "noise" and it's BS. I guess they can't get enough of the The Chronic album on guitar. One lady told another one to shut up while I was playing as well. All is well at the assisted living. Oh and I'm substitute teaching now in the county I live in. Teaching old people and little kids, you're welcome.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Realizing that life shouldn't be taken seriously. We're barely even a dot in the universe and there truly is no meaning to life. You make your own meaning. Oh and humans aren't as important as they think they are.

I'm good at guitar but I better be since I've been playing for over a decade now.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have wavy hair (which can be a pain in the ass to style). I look a little like Adam Sandler. That explains my username. I'm definitely not a fan of his and I'm not a fan of my username either. That being said, I'm not changing it because I don't operate on logic.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I'm going to shorten this section down into short, mostly incomplete phrases because it was way too long before. I'm pretty sure no one reads this section anyways.

Books: The Disaster Artist or anything talking about why Tommy Wiseau is the smartest idiot in the world. Also history books.

Movies: Anything directed by Tarantino, Scorsese, P.T. Anderson and Kubrick.

Shows: Breaking Bad, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Hardcore Pawn.

Music: Mostly rock which includes anything from the 60's to today. Also some rap.

Food: This goes in my mouth and I chew it. I'm not picky.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Six? What a fantastic, little arbitrary number that you pulled out of your ass OkCupid.

1. Electricity- No need to explain this. If you want to live in the pre-Industrialized era, be my guest.
2. Sugary foods that are slowly killing me. I only think about the short term.
3. The people in my fantasy league who put money in every year and then never pay attention to their team.
4. Seriously, why is six the number?
5. Complaints
6. Big dogs, especially pit bulls. Turns out that if you don't teach them to fight and be mean, they won't be. Who knew?
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
how to start a revolution from my bed and how she said the brains went to my head.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I usually go out of my way to do the most boring activity I can think of. Watching the movie You've Got Mail on Friday for the millionth time and then watching paint dry on Saturday. Hell yeah.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I like to dare people to steal my wallet. I have it sticking out of my pocket to make it seem like it would be easy to steal. It seems like something Samuel L. Jackson might do, you know?

Somehow, no one has stolen it yet. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.
