Half boyish charm, half grouchy old man, and 100% free range. With the audacity to wish each date had a live musical score and the wit to want something calmer and more lasting, I can't begin to describe myself except to say that I want to grow.

I spend a lot of time in the gym for a small dude, 'cause I don't think straight otherwise. Hiking and anything that reminds me of my childhood adventures are bonus materials. Travel by itself bores me unless it's something I can interact with.

Currently Teaching at a primary school in the N.T. Thinking about hooking up my Masters, not because I think much of the official degree system, but because I'm hip to the world we live in and read that shit anyway. I like ideas and people who are sometimes hard to comprehend. As long as you're trying to make yourself comprehensible. Technology is another turn on. Who watched the Mars rover land? Oh, I did.

On the local music scene, I'm a big fan of Chochukmo. Worldwide favs are The Arcade Fire, Beirut, Nervous Cabaret, Regina Spektor, CocoRosie and Fleet Foxes. No lazy ears here.

TV is boring, with the exception of the children's cartoon Avatar the Last Airbender and the first seasons of a few well made HBO pieces. My film taste has swung towards Hollywood since moving abroad, but Emir Kusturica is still my favourite director that you've never heard of. Want more?
