I am smart, funny, and laid back.
My Self-Summary
I love to
write and
create stories. My passion is in writing novels and programming
games. I love experiencing stories, too, so I love to
read, watch
movies and go to
theater (Live or otherwise). I
enjoy
gaming,
driving and
music.
My favorite authors are Neal Stephenson and Stephen King,
particularly the books Snow Crash, Diamond Age, Anathem, Salem's
Lot and The Shining. I also read a bit of Alastair Reynolds, Dan
Simmons, William Gibson and older Michael Crichton. My favorite
bands are Eisbrecher, Ambeon, Lacuna Coil, E Nomine, Rammstein and
(again) older Metallica (Up to and including Reload).
I enjoy a bit of
photography with my friends. We like
to get interesting shots using high speed photography that allows
us neat photographs of breaking glass, water splashes, etc. It's
fun, but I need a better camera. :P My little Canon isn't cutting
it anymore.
I have one pet, a charcoal corn snake named Cerberus. He's almost
three years old now, about 3 and a half feet long and is probably
the mellowest pet I've ever seen. The closest he's ever come to
biting me is giving my hand little bumps with his snout to let me
know he's not happy.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm an aspiring novelist and/or game designer. I'm a talented
programmer and I'm working on building up my portfolio with a few
different projects. I like to participate in the National Novel
Writing Month challenge as a way to keep me thinking of new ideas
and concepts. I currently work as a supervisor for a logistics
company, overseeing the operations of a warehouse here in Calgary.

I Am Legend, John Dies at the End.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
The stories I'm writing.
You should message me if
You're smart, opinionated and looking for something new.
