Some fun facts, just to keep it interesting:
I hold three passports but they all list the same name so I'm not
qualified to be Jason Bourne. I have crossed state and international lines on foot, as well as the equator and prime meridian. I think I have done cartwheels in every office I've worked in at one point or another. I have weird prophetic dreams or premonitions sometimes, most recently, I dreamed that a friend from work told me that the receptionist at work was pregnant and a week later I found out that she actually was.

I lived in the DC area for a while and now I'm back in the Bay!

I work on Medicare policy issues and I love that the work I do gets tangible outcomes.

On the more personal level, I strive for a semi-constant level of wit but my sarcasm doesn't always make it to that level. I always try to show kindness to others and really appreciate kindness in friends, coworkers and significant others. A thoughtful action or help when I'm stressed means so much more to me than an expensive gift.

I laugh a lot. And loudly.

I have a lot of orange clothing and accessories despite not being a graduate of Princeton, nor the Universities or Tennessee or Texas.

I love Nick Hornby, David Sedaris and romantic comedies, both in film and book form.

Some current favorites on TV include: How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory, Modern Family and of course, I usually end my weeknights with Jon and Stephen.
I love The West Wing and The Gilmore Girls for the same reason- intelligent, quick, witty dialogue.

I have gone well out of my way to see Jump, Little Children and Weezer live- the only two bands I have seen perform more than once. Otherwise I enjoy listening to Green Day, Ben Folds, Less Than Jake, Save Ferris. I guess my musical tastes are mostly in the alt rock and ska veins and I'm a total sucker for bands with a cello and/or a horn section. I miss the old 104.9 which became "La Romantica, Mexican love ballads" sometime while I was in college, briefly reemerged at 92.3 FM and sadly, that has now become what I think are Mandarin Chinese love songs.
