I love my life. My plan is to finish my bachelors, apply for graduate school, take a year off to travel, and then pop my yurt on some land and either finish schooling or do some freelance painting. I have this dream that someday I will live in a sustainable village/ intentional community with the people I love.

Food. I LOVE salad. Its pretty much my favorite food ever. Dice up all the veggies in the fridge, throw them on some Spring mix lettuce, and some feta, vinagrette... mmmmm.
Mushrooms are my favorite not vegetable.
I love ethnic food. And vegetables in general.
Also anything with a combination of these ingredients: spinach, mushroom, tomatoes, pesto, onions, garlic, feta, cheddar, olives, sprouts, lettuce, butter, toast, ....
