I'm in the medical field, going to school for pet assisted
therapies and alternative life style coaching.
I'm very delved into my community and as an ex foster youth is
really important to me to give back, if it wasn't for the wonderful
people I met along the way who were a guiding light and the dark
parts of my past I wouldn't be who I am today.
I'm going into veterinary science and psychology to achieve my
ultimate goals which is to have my own ranch/rescue where I can
have a group home/camp for foster youth where they can spend time
and take care of each other, help rehabilitate animals, learn the
values of life, nature, and connection. Learn how to take
responsibility for themselves and the helpless and work together to
be strong, I just hope I can bring some light into their lives. I
chose pet assisted therapies because I have seen what animal can do
all my life. In my own experience, I have severe anxiety, I own and
train service animals, my animals have saved my life more times
then I can count, both from myself and outside dangers.
