Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm easily amused and prone to interesting little disasters - in a
lot of ways, I feed on the unpredictable, and yet I really like
routine. I have a low desired tolerance for crazy, but I can put up
with a lot if I'm curious enough.
I'm simultaneously a hopeless romantic and the pessimistic side of
realistic. No idea how that works but it does.
After spending most of my formative years in a depressive haze, I'm
trying to figure out who I am. Honestly, I don't know. I could
develop into almost anything. So far the only thing I'm sure of is
that I'm very confident. Not ambitious, just... comfortable in my
own skin. That's a big step for me.
I'm not sure what I'm looking for. I'm instinctive and I'll know
what it is when I find it. Until then, anything is possible. I'm
getting my life back one moment at a time.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm currently working in a grocery store and liking it a lot more
than I thought I would. I have a few little business ventures on
the side that have to work out *eventually*. I'm working on several
novels and I'm very close to finishing one of them so we'll see
where that goes.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
• remembering useless information
• moving quickly in ridiculous heels
• turning people into emotional puddles

BOOKS: anything by Margaret Atwood or Ian McEwan is good.
Dystopian/post-apoc (mainly YA because there simply IS more content
there) is usually fun; the Uglies trilogy holds a special place in
my heart. Family drama can be interesting. I'll at least attempt to
read anything that looks shiny.
MOVIES: Penelope, Groundhog Day, Easy A, Frankie Go Boom, National
Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. Clearly I have a TYPE.
TV: good question. Not really into anything at the moment.
MUSIC: Florence + The Machine, Vienna Teng, The Fray, Mary Lambert,
Arctic Monkeys, Sia.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Coffee, good music, my car (we call it the Batmobile for REASONS),
pretty dresses, my friends, my cat.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Writing ideas. When I'm really into a project, my characters take
over my brain. Sometimes it's fun, sometimes... not so much.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I spent most of the last three years in a depressive spiral. I'm
definitely on the tail end of that if not completely over it, but
it's still a thing that happened.

• You think I'm interesting.
• You have a variety of interests (sidenote: you don't have to be
into the same stuff I am, it's actually way cooler if you

provocative (there'll be time for that later if I like you).
