My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I hate writing about myself and I'm usually somewhat averse to online dating, but thought I'd give it a try. I would say that I'm friendly and open-minded. I enjoy being intellectually stimulated and an exchange of ideas on many different issues. Enjoy sports, politics, reading, film, travel, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, outdoors/hiking, dining out, museums, plays and the symphony - and parties (particularly black tie parties!). I'd love to meet someone with similar eclectic and random interests. I'm originally from Pittsburgh, went to Bates College in Maine. Moved to DC over eight years ago. I studied abroad in Cape Town, South Africa for a semester. Have a soft spot for: The Economist, Wes Anderson movies, FT Weekend, sarcasm, Seinfeld, baseball stadiums, among other things...
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work at a public affairs firm and work on our firm's international practice.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Remembering random trivia
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm pretty outgoing and easy to talk to - I have a good sense of humor as well. Oddly to me, I get told I look like both Paul Rudd and Eli Manning.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You're fun, outgoing, interested in taking random adventures, and have similarly random and eclectic interests. And if what you've read above resonates of course!

At this point in my life, I'm looking for something ultimately more serious - mutual attraction, witty and intellectual banter, and a love for learning and trying new things and places are all must-haves. Seamless communication is also critically important - one should never have to think twice whenever he or she wants to call. Oh, and ideally no vegetarians? Sorry I'm not sorry for having high standards, I guess!

Bonus points if you're into skiing!
