I hate writing about myself and I'm usually somewhat averse to online dating, but thought i'd give it a try. I would say that I'm friendly and open-minded. I enjoy being intellectually stimulated and an exchange of ideas on many different issues. Enjoy sports, politics, reading, film, travel, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, outdoors/hiking, dining out, museums, plays and the symphony - and parties (particularly black tie parties!). I'd love to meet someone with similar eclectic and random interests. I'm originally from Pittsburgh, went to Bates College in Maine. Moved to DC about five years ago. I studied abroad in Cape Town, South Africa for a semester. Have a soft spot for: The Economist, Wes Anderson movies, FT Weekend, sarcasm, Seinfeld, baseball stadiums, among other things...
