I have been divorced for about 3 years from an 11 year marriage. I have made peace with that portion of my life and consider myself happy, however the occassional date would be great. I have a 13 y/o son who keeps me pretty busy. (for all of you who have teenagers of your own, fun huh.) LOL
I am a straight-shooter, meaning if I like you, you will know it, and if I don't you will know it. I don't do games or drama, you would be shocked at the men who bring drama....or maybe not, but I have been.
I don't lie, cheat or steal and will not tolerate those who do, friend or otherwise. If those 3 things are not issues, I'm a loyal friend to any who need it.
My bluntness seems to scare the hell out of most men and some women. I don't see the point in candy-coating anything. This doesn't mean I'm rude or hateful, just honest. That being said, I expect the same in return, I'm not so fragile that I will break when given blunt honesty. In fact, I prefer it.

Diving into a new-found spirituality, I am not a religous person, but can't seem to satisfy my thirst for knowledge in spirituality.
Looking for that someone who can excite me intellectually.

Being the "counselor"....I seem to be the shoulder everyone cries on, the one who mends broken hearts, finds solutions to others problems, or just the ear who listens. I'm really good at seeing problem from multiple perspectives. I'm very good at caring for others and thus, I'm a good mother and a good nurse.

Lately its been my smile and my eyes...

Movies, pretty much anything goes, comedy, horror, sci-fi, action...not much on the tear-jerkers though. I love all genres of music but my fav is metal the harder the better. And I love sea food.
Books, too many to list...I'll read anything from Harry Potter to the Twilight Saga to non-fictional stuff on astrology, metaphysics, etc. Basically anything I can get my hands on, I will read.

I'm fairly low maintenance so I'm unable to come up with 2 more..

Spirituality, different philosophical views, where are we going....how did we get here....that kind of stuff.

Hanging out with my son if he is home that weekend. If not...anything goes.
