My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I don't like to take myself too seriously. Life is just too short to bother with all of the frivolous nonsense our society tells us to focus on. This makes me a sort of "yes man" when it comes to trying new things and living new experiences. Whether its hiking, bike rides, free concerts, protests, or pub crawls, I just go where life takes me. I love to learn, to teach, and to live. I like to make my life as exciting as possible, though there will be those days I'll just sit in front of my computer and get lost in cyberspace.

I think having "types" limits the possibility of finding someone who can make me happy as a friend or as someone more meaningful. I like men who are mature, intelligent, self-aware, and can always crack a joke. Seriously though, humor will go a long way with me. I love to laugh, even if it's at myself!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Moved back into my family home and am in desperate need of gay friends in the area! I'm taking a break from finishing my BS in Chemical Biology from UC Berkeley for a while and looking see what's outside the land of academia. Currently working as the assistant manager at RadioShack.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Drunk, random acts of kindness. I turn into a complete "momma duck" which most people appreciate, I guess.

Chemistry. Nerdy, I know.

Being unafraid to try something new. I'm a real open-minded, go with the flow type of guy. On the one hand this has gotten me into a lot of awkward situations, but on the other I've had some of the best experiences of my life! I do have to mention here that I'm not talking about sex, I'm talking about experiences in general.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My smile or my long curly hair.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Frankenstein, bell hooks, The Perks of being a Wallflower, Harry Potter series (it was my childhood).

Movies: Horror, drama, and documentaries are always great. I watch WAY too many movies and am afraid if I start naming them you'll just stop reading this profile.

Shows: American Dad!, AHS, GoT, Doctor Who, Parks and Rec, HIMYM, Years of Living Dangerously

Music: Alabama Shakes, Phoenix, Two Door Cinema Club, Miike Snow, The Black Keys, Crystal Castles, Baths, Emancipator, Moondog, Gramatik, Robyn, Calvin Harris, Passion Pit, Gorillaz, Metric, Royksopp, DeVotchKa, Marina and The Diamonds, Sam Sparro, Chance the Rapper, Vampire Weekend, Cocorosie, James Blake, Lady Gaga, Queen, The Beatles, and any Disney classics. Also, things I find on HypeMachine or SoundCloud.
^If we have mutual musical interests we'll definitely get along.

Food: I LOVE ALL FOODS. Except shellish. Why must I be allergic to shrimp?! DAMN YOU ALLERGY!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. My family, not just blood
2. Laughter
3. Music
4. Rainy days
5. Ad Block Plus
6. Hugs
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How to have productive procrastination.

Food and what I'm going to make for dinner. I'm like one of the recipe moms who decides to make a whole meal with a theme. It's bad.

Why do so many people spend some much time and money trying to impress people they don't even like? Do what makes YOU happy!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hitting up a bar with friends most likely or putting my feet up and watching a good movie while stuffing my face.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I practice and perfect my dance moves in the shower. It's definitely not the safest thing to do, but what can I say? I'm a bad boy who lives life on the edge.

You took the time to read my profile. Way to go! Don't worry, you're almost near the end.

You know you're funny, witty, and/or sarcastic.

You have secret dance parties in your room where you lock the door and blast music, singing at the top of your lungs, while dancing on top of your bed not giving a single fuck... and would like company.

You want to hangout or get a drink. I'm always down to chat too but there is only so much you can learn about a person that way.
