I'm a nature lover, I enjoy gardening growing flowers, vegies, and herbs. A night of board games or a good movie is always welcome. Cookingis fun with a partners help. I like a wide range of music classic to soft rock, but usually I listen to country. I'm looking for a travel buddy, and someone to spend time with enjoying life and the world around us.

I love to travel and garden. I retired June 2006, early retirement from teaching.

I'd like to meet a man that has a good work ethic, retired counts, too. He should enjoy nature, travel some, enjoy nature, like to garden or be with me in the garden, enjoy making a meal together, likes board games sometimes (scrabble, etc), and goes swimming. He needs to be comfortable with himself and who he is. I do wish to be friends first, then let life take its course. Hopefully, he will enjoy talking to me, just not ALL day. I hope you are getting the idea that I have a good sense of humor and I am comfortable with myself I don't need anyone to complete me, but I would enjoy the right man's company and maybe more.

A wide range in all areas. I am tired of text book reading. I read a book a year on trips, usually a love story or mystery. The last book I read was by Dainelle Steel. I love a good disaster movie, or thriller. I listen to country or classical most of the time.
Dining out can be fun anywhere, I generally order home cooking style foods or seafood. I still like Italian, but need to be careful of the spices, early lunch for spicy foods works for me.
