I'm an aspiring writer, and somewhat of a geek. I'm a bonafide lunatic with a wide streak of rationality. I'm fascinated by existence itself, space, quantum physics, philosophy and all that. But I hate math, so I haven't really gone too far into the technical side of things. I just like the abstract concepts I guess.

I'm a very laid back person, hard to piss off and what not. I'm just as interesting as I want to be at any given moment. People tend to think I'm really quiet and shy, but really I just like watching people. I'll talk you ear off if you give me a reason. Most people just don't give me one.

I'm told I'm very creative and intelligent; and I like to believe it. Gives me a reason to feel superior to the plebeian masses. Though I'm sure they feel the same way. Anywho...

What I’m doing with my life

Making enough money to live and working on my various creative projects; namely my novel.

My novel is fantasy, my favorite genre, so there's alot of background work I'm still doing to make writing it easier. If you're interested you can check out what I've got coherently written at http://www.writing.com/authors/oerath . It's also got my poetry and other crap as well.

Alot of the rest of my time is taken up by leisure. Parties, video games, and what not.

I listen to punk, classic rock, metal, alternative, old-school and underground hip-hop, and a random assortment of ethnic musics. My favorite movies are American Beauty, Fight Club, and Clerks. And the sci-fi series Firefly. I mostly read fantasy and sci-fi, with a little political and world events books thrown in for good measure. And I'm vegan so my favorite food is anything I can eat... actually probably Thai food or Chinese food.

The six things I could never do without

Books, beer, kittens, my computer, teh internet (yes that's a meme joke, I'm not retarded), and things to laugh at.
