My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a playwright, actor, designer, and semi-professional gadabout who hates wearing shoes but loves wearing ties.

You'll never hear me say no to a good cocktail or a good concert.

Food trucks for life.

I could totally write you a theme song, like right now.

Life is about having adventures, howling at the moon, and making things better than they were before you got there.

I am generally in need of some new partners-in-crime to explore the amazingness that Chicago has to offer. This includes, but is not limited to eating delicious food, drinking crazygood coffee, consuming cocktails made with love, and rocking out to live music.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Recently finished my MFA in writing, so finding all the ways I can to keep my pen moving.

I make dollars as a graphic designer and production artist. I have a full-time contract in the Loop, and then write and produce plays on nights and weekends.

I make art with a new theatre collective I helped start here in Chicago, which puts on plays in strange spaces and throws dance parties. I love them.

I'm also working on my own scripts and collaborating with other companies. Next up we're producing a piece at Chicago Fringe.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
making cocktails, and also funny faces.

taking candid photographs when you don't expect it.

finding the perfect place for dinner.

drinking killer espresso.

growing a beard when needed.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
The peg leg.

I've been told I'm a snappy dresser, and I'm usually pretty good at soliciting giggles.

Schuba's is my favorite place to see concerts.

Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Arrested Development. But you already knew that.

Food should be spicy and mostly vegetarian. Except at taquerías. Then just spicy.

there's a concert you want to hit up at Schuba's. Or the Hideout. Or anywhere else that is awesome and delightful.

you'd be down for some songwriting and jamming out. Especially if you play the ukulele or the cello. I mean, come on.

you like the idea of dressing up, going to a cocktail bar, and then spouting off absurd, nonsensical descriptions of how our drinks taste.
