My self-summary
My name is Ken. I have a deep love for life. I enjoy many things, I'll try almost anything twice! I love talking to friends about a variety of topics such as philosophy, music, art, science, technology, economics, and politics. I would never dream of pushing my beliefs on someone, it goes against my philosophy. We don't have to talk about politics :) I've lived a lot of life for someone my age. I've been through some hard times, but those experiences I've learned a lot from are usually the hardest. I have friends all over California, because I've lived about half my life in Rancho Cucamonga and half in Roseville. I enjoy traveling a lot, usually by car. I'm interested in making friends as well as possible future relationships. I'm an ENTP, if you place any stock in Myers-Briggs.
I used to be in the Army National Guard. It changed me a lot, but it wasn't a good experience.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm an intern for an Assemblyman at the state capitol.
I'm going to school again in the fall.

Something that I do which I'm very passionate about is Libertarian activism. If you're interested in that, please ask me about it. It's hard to summarize in one paragraph. I have a title, although its a volunteer job. I'm on the Executive Committee for the Libertarian Party of California.
I recently moved back to Roseville.
I’m really good at
Reading, writing, public speaking (I still get nervous sometimes), being individualistic, going against the grain, talking politics (but I don't always like to) analyzing movies and tv shows, reading, shooting firearms, being peaceful and speaking against war, eating good food, yoga (although I'm kind of out of practice), reading, enjoying art, learning, drinking, board games (my favorites are apples to apples and settlers of catan), Skyrim, reading graphic novels, shopping in book stores, 420, and living life. And reading. Did I mention reading?
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm tall and I'm well-read. But I don't really know, why don't you tell me?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
How the fuck will I ever fit it all?!?
If you can't tell, I'm addicted to media.
Books: In general, I love dystopian fiction as well as fantasy, though I'll give just about anything a shot.

The six things I could never do without
Good food, a warm bed, the love of friends and family, the internet, books, 420, and beer. And music. And intelligent conversation. And breaking arbitrary rules like only being able to choose six things I could never live without.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How others perceive me. Our society and our culture. Sex. How to live life as freely as possible. Creativity, and where it comes from. How and why history remembers some people, but not others. How to transcend limits placed on us by others who think they know how to run our lives better than we do. The way our government works, and why. Activism. Sex. War and peace. The fact that I think too much. And sex.
On a typical Friday night I am
Typical? What's that?
Playing some kind of game with friends, drinking, inhaling incinerated cannabinoids.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I once danced off a cliff by accident.
I’m looking for
