My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Beyond what I have written down here, you can learn more about me (if that is your desire) at

www.youtube.com/boredgeek

I make Youtube videos for fun, mostly ones about whatever I want to talk about at the time, or about weight loss.

Not really bi, but heteroflexible wasn't an option. When it comes to dating I am only into women. If you are curious as to what heteroflexible means toss me a message :) But another way to describe it is I am hetero-romantic but pansexual. Sexuality is such a confusing thing heh

I am a geek, atheist, left leaning open minded type. A skeptic as it were as well. I like discussing things and can get passionate about a whole range of topics. I have heard a lot about "opposites attract" but I am come to determine that it is not really a good idea when it comes to dating, so I'd like to find someone with similar values and interests as myself.

I have twin boys with an ex that I go to see every weekend, and my ex and I are on very good terms. My boys live with her and I don't take them on weekends or anything like that, but when needed I do go over and look after them, to allow my ex some relaxation. Which is highly understandable because they are crazy little monsters :P

I am a big geek. I play video games, make Youtube videos, watch a lot of Youtube, watch anime, etc. However I like to think that I am not socially awkward and I don't require geekiness to be part of every moment of the day.

I am very open minded about pretty much anything, and have seen probably 99% of all there is to see on the internet. About 90% of which I wish I hadn't :P The internet is an awesome yet scary rage inducing place.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Currently I am working in Burlington at a call center, but thankfully making more money than you would think a call center would pay. I've been doing the call center thing for about 7 years now and its not so bad. I am trying to figure things out in the "what do you want to be when you grow up" area but I'm in no rush. I have a job that I do not dread going to and that does not stress me out so I am comfortable with that. I'm looking for stability in a rather unstable world.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Trying to think of things logically I suppose. I generally analyse anything or any situation through logic, though with the big things I tend to let my emotion take precedence.

I used to be really good at cooking but somewhere along the line I lost my touch. I am hoping to get back into the swing of things and experimenting with different flavour combinations to create things that are unique and tasty.

I am an excellent listener, and great at answering direct/specific questions about myself without hesitation. However saying "So tell me about yourself" to me makes me draw a huge blank and I don't even know where to begin.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I look just like someone they know. Seriously I get that wherever I go. I guess I just have one of those faces. Other than that they would notice I'm a fatty with glasses and facial hair

Personality wise they would notice that I am not very out spoken or talkative until I get to know someone. This is generally because I like to know what is and isn't OK to say around someone. I don't like offending people or causing a confrontation, so I like to know my boundaries before jumping in.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books:
I love RA Salvatore's books. If you don't know who he is, he is a fantasy writer that bases much of his books in the D&D world (seeee, geek).

Music:
Ok, I'll list the genre's I enjoy.
Metal(Industrial, Heavy, Power, Death, Black, Nu)
Electronic(House, Aggrotech, Trip-Hop, Dubstep)
Retro(New Wave, 80's Alternative, Classic Rock)
Guilty Pleasure, Insane Clown Posse and Psychopathic Records

Movies:
Anything that is Medieval/Fantasy war based like Lord of the Rings or Gladiator and Braveheart
Comedies, and good ones, not the spoof ones like Meet the Spartans or Not Another Teen Movie
Starwars is good, except Episode 1 and 2
I also like weird ones like Dark City and Memento, and Tarantino movies

Food:
SUSHI!
Seafood except for Oysters/Mussels/Raw Clams
Indian Food (Butter Chicken, Tikki Masala)
North American Chinese
Mexican (not taco bell Mexican, which is decent mind you)
Mediterranean or Middle Eastern (Gyros, Falafel)
German/Ukrainian/Polish/other Eastern European
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Computer
Internet
Music
A car
Private Space/Time
Caring people around me
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The crap that I have put myself through and what it would be like to win the lottery/have a lot of money. Money may not buy happiness, but it sure as hell will remove all the stress I have and make it easier to be happier.

I also daydream a lot on my car rides to and from work, usually thinking about silly impossibilities.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
At work or relaxing at home.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I suck at giving "thoughtful" gifts, if by thoughtful you mean jewelry or flowers etc. I just never really think about doing it and using that as an expression of appreciation or love. I do that verbally and physically, and just don't think about buying a material item to do so. I am much more one of those "ask me for it and I will get it for you" kind of people. And to be fair, that is what I expect from others. I don't expect gifts from anyone. They are appreciated though.

Just because I looked at your profile and didn't message you doesn't mean I am not interested. I am just chicken shit sometimes when it comes to opening communication. I am trying to fix that.
