My skills are typically filtered down to having a strong grasp on proper grammar and figuring out what others want before they want it. I dabble in a lot of fandoms, but that's mostly kept to tumblr. I love to read just as much as I love to write. To be honest, I prefer nonfiction (biographies above all else), but I always return to fanfiction and a few fictional favorites.
I'll throw this out there now: I love VeggieTales with all my being, and, while I am a Methodist, I'm very open to just about any and all interpretations that are out there. Like I said, I love to learn!
Puppetry is so much fun and it blends well with my love of writing plays, enjoying several works of the theatre, and watching cartoons! I couldn't go a single day without watching a good animation, especially when I find a great, analytic essay about it in its reviews on RottenTomatoes.
As of now, I am working toward a theatre major (and 2D animation minor), but I don't know if I'll stay at Metro or transfer to Creighton later this year. I love writing plays (especially musicals), as well as many other works, but I hope to get into television writing in the future!
I enjoy a good debate; I love to learn new and exciting information; I'm fun to hang around (or, so I'm told), and I promise not to grill you about your grammar if you promise not to grill me about being a bit uptight about it!
