My self-summary Propose an edit

I'm fairly liberal minded, but conservative in the way I dress/act. Well, sometimes I act out and say/do off the wall things, but usually I'm pretty stoic. I don't have any tattoos. I briefly had an eyebrow piercing, but it was just to push the buttons of the ultra-conservative people at the bank I was working in.

I'm not motivated by people, therefore I am not gregarious and I don't tend to be the "life of the party", though I can be entertaining if I'm comfortable with the people I am with.

With others: I really enjoy eating out, walking/exploring, talking about serious stuff, laughing about the serious stuff we talk about, hiking, seeing shows, and sometimes playing games (both on board and computer).
I've never been all that interested in playing/watching sports or playing card games, but I seem to get roped into these things sometimes.

But I also like to have plenty of down time: staying in, making love, cooking pancakes, catching up on the news, maybe a little spanking.

Every once in a while, I'll take a toke, if the situation is right and it's offered. But I don't keep that stuff around and am not interested in being with serious users. The herb will suck your life away if you let it.

I hate TV and Cable. How can anyone sit through those commercials?!? Life is too short. Recently signed up for Netflix; Thumbs Up on the never-ending supply of movies!

I tend to think big and end up not getting much completed because it's unrealistic for one person. My individuality and independence are also to blame. Lots of projects. Lots of dreams. Little time.

The only thing I really feel I need is a good, loving woman. I was married for 9 years to a wonderful girl, whom I am still friends with. Turns out, we didn't really work as a couple, so here I am - swimmin with the fishes. It's all good; I know a lot more about myself and what I need in a mate, so now I hope to find someone that really fits.

I love ethnic foods and any really GOOD food. I generally listen to "alternative" music, whatever that means. When I read books, they are usually the "Road Less Traveled" kind of serious stuff or newsy kind of fun. (Do most of my reading online at this point.)
I'll watch whatever movie comes along.
