I was born in northern New Jersey, lived in the South and grew up in the Ocean State. I went to Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and moved to Boston for my first job and I have been here ever since.
A little on my personality:
I'm ENTJ on Meyers Briggs with some INTJ tendencies. You can google the pros and cons but the short version is I am outgoing, confident, friendly, sometimes sarcastic, honest (sometimes to a fault), and somewhat dorky but sometimes I just like to get time on my own. I'm not looking to rush into anything but I would like to find someone where our personalities work well together. The drinks and dinner part of dating is easy - I have no problem striking up a conversation - I want to find someone I can be comfortable with both when we have fun and even when we disagree. I am not going to lie, I do love a good debate over a variety of topics intellectual and even personal - but I do not take those discussions personally and hope you would do the same.
I am politically active (libertarian/conservative). I work on campaigns and I'm on the steering committee for a local civic group which helps people learn about the political process and become informed and engaged citizens. Obviously living in the blue state of MA has it's downsides, but I try to keep a sense of humor about it (or I wouldn't have many friends).
That said, politics are not the only thing I enjoy or discuss - I am fine talking about anything including but not limited to, sports, food, music, history, science, beer and wine, literature, theatre, travel, education.
One of the benefits of my side work as a tour guide is trying new restaurant and bars (have to be sure I can make good recommendations) I am always open to suggestions!
