I had a picture of the cookies and cheesecakes that I make as a "profile" pic, but someone ratted me out and complained. May that person never have sex again! Fine, I'll be a good boy and use links to my flickr stream.

I make chewy chocolate chocolate-chip cookies often. The texture is from being rolled in sugar, which causes the cracking. They're so popular that people often just ask that I make "those cookies."

I also make cheesecake. This is a "giant peppermint patty" cheesecake. Chocolate cookie crust, white chocolate-peppermint cheesecake, dark chocolate ganache covering:
