I love getting out, learning all I can and enjoying life and other people. Love theater, movies, concerts, stand-up, beer, finding new places to hike or play outside. I'm also a big reader and and I try to stay on top of what's happening. Currrently exploring ways to expand as a volunteer re: more free time. Annnd I'm putting a lot of energy right now into learning to cook. I'd love to find someone who is at least interested in helping and learning with me!
I am most attracted to people who live with energy, purpose, conviction. If I was in your mom's book club, I would call that living with intention, I guess. Being interested in the world is also very important. Intelligence is very sexy. So is kindness. I mainly want to find someone smart and fun and kind and who will get a drink with me.
I try to stay down to earth and honest. I think the dominant Portland culture is pretentious and faux-progressive much of the time. I also obviously like it enough to stay. I do not ride a bike or eat organic vegetables or oppose fluoride or hate all war or reject organized religion. I don't care if you do those things as long as you are nice. Except for fluoride. Get your shit together, Portland.
I think I am probably kinder, more open-minded, more intellectual, and a good bit lazier than this profile conveys.
