I am passionate about self-improvement (not in a self-help way), both physical and mental. Continuing to learn new things is very important to me. Even though I am done with my formal education I will always seek out information on topics I find interesting. Exercise is important to me as well. It is truly amazing what the body is capable of if you are willing to push yourself!

A little about my background: I am first generation Greek, born in the US and raised in Scottsdale AZ. I love to travel, exercise, play sports - the usual guy stuff. I read quite a bit - I just like to learn, so I will read just about anything as long as I find the subject interesting. I love to laugh and tend to find humor in the little things and sarcasm. I stay pretty focused during the week, but on the weekends I like to eat out (sushi is my favorite), see a movie, but also do anything that isn't the norm.

Starting a career with a medical device company. The rest will unfold in time!

Books: Anything by Lee Childs, Bret Ellis, and generally anything I can learn from. Typically I am reading two to three books at a time.

Movies: Oh movies, how I love thee.... Boondock Saints, Predator, Role Models, Bad Boys II, Fermats Room, Snatch, Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels, Super Troopers, AVPR, The Usual Suspects, and many many many more...

Music: Well this depends on my mood and what I am doing. Generally anything that can get my blood pumping is a good choice.

Food: Sushi (yes typical, cliche, trendy... whatever I love it!!), Dim Sum, Steak, Breakfast, Chinese, Mexican...ok I am not a picky eater. As long as it is not super spicy I will try it.

Family, career, what to eat, where I want to take my career and why is it called a drive way when you park on it....

Either laying low at home with a book/movie or out with a few friends for dinner and a drink. Nothing too crazy... Then again sometimes I am on-call for work which means I don't do a darn thing.
