My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
So first of all, I'm really awful at writing these things so bear with me. My name's Phillip, and I'm just your average geeky guy. I play video games but not to the point that I get super glued to them like some people.

Most people I know say that they love my sense of humor, and it's probably my feature that I'm most proud of. I like to make really obscure references to see if people get them, and I'm a little bit obsessed with making puns.

I also enjoy writing as a hobby. I don't get to do it as much as I'd like to but when I do, I have fun with it. I also LOVE to read and watch movies, though one of my favorite things in the world is listening to music and I do so constantly.

I think that's all I can think of for now, so if I seem interesting to you, hit me up, always eager to meet new people.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I recently got by Business Management degree from Texas State and now I'm an assistant manager and stuff and junk.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making witty jokes off the top of my head. I love puns and consider myself to be a pungeon master.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Probably my height, honestly. I'm a tall guy. Or maybe my shirts, I usually wear interesting shirts that get a comment out of most people.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Some favorite books include Watchmen, the Harry Potter series (I'm a Hufflepuff all the way), the Hunger Games trilogy, the Bartimaeus trilogy, The Death of Vishnu, Ender's Game, Swan Song, and John Dies at the End.

I love a LOT of movies, though my favorite is easily The Big Lebowski (and I also love almost anything with Jeff Bridges). Coming close behind are The Prestige, Inglorious Basterds, Pulp Fiction, Se7en, Princess Bride, Labyrinth. And those are just off the top of my head.

For shows, I like Dr. Who, Skins (the British version), Lost, Chapelle's Show, Heroes, Pushing Daisies, Eli Stone, Firefly, True Blood, Breaking Bad, and Psych. There's more but those are what are coming to mind at the moment.

My favorite bands are Coheed and Cambria and Modest Mouse. I LOVE Indie rock, especially Canadian Indie bands. I like good rap too, not most of the stuff they play on the radio but more underground stuff. There's not much music I DON'T like really, one of the few exceptions is country, and that's really just the poppy country. Some of my other favorite bands are Gorillaz, Matthew Good, The Zolas, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Kings of Leon, Chromeo, K-os, Simple Kid, The National, Wolf Parade, Local Natives, Cool Calm Pete, The Smiths, Passion Pit, Gnarls Barkley, Tokyo Police Club, TV on the Radio, Minus the Bear and way more.

Bands I've seen in concert: Coheed and Cambria (seen them three times), Silversun Pickups, Jimmy Eat World, Modest Mouse, TV on the Radio, Tokyo Police Club, Passion Pit, Junip. Also fun fact: I've tried to see Minus the Bear live three times in the past year, and every time something came up and my plans fell through. I swear I will see them eventually!

Video games: I'll get this out of the way now, I LOVE Pokemon. I also play puzzle/mystery games like Ace Attorney, Professor Layton, and Hotel Dusk. I like games that are very story-driven, but I also enjoy FPS games and platformers.

Food, however, is not as wordy a subject for me. I love food, but I have no favorites. I'm not at all picky when it comes to food really, I'll eat almost anything.
