My self-summary
I recently graduated college and I decided to professionally pursue something I'm passionate about...music. But not performing music, I'm a bigger fan of writing and working in music marketing and management. I almost went to law school, but I feel like a lot of twenty-somethings say that. When I'm not in the office, I can usually be found using free wifi at a coffee shop, making Drake references on twitter, and shamelessly doing silly dances at various indie and electronic shows with friends. I will also admit that I have hipster predilections and yuppie ambitions.

I'm originally from Chicago and I credit my open-mindlessness to the city, but I built roots in the south when I earned my psychology degree in New Orleans. I happily call Music City my home now and I plan on staying for a while.

I'm a Gemini and an ENTP
What I’m doing with my life
I moved to The Music City to be another cog in the machine we call the music business. In college I started a blog that lead into a publicist position and an understanding that I love music journalism, branding, and all of the necessary legwork that makes people aware of music.

I am a:
1) contributor and marketing manager at an entertainment magazine
2) manager of an eclectic musician who has been featured on Pitchfork
3) freelance publicist/creative consultant

I would love to be an A&R and eventually own an indie record label.

This sounds like a cover letter. Oh well haha
I’m really good at
I'm really good at having an introspective conversation, making people laugh, listening to people's problems, and being a source of a lot of random knowledge
The first things people usually notice about me
I smile A LOT, so people usually notice my smile first. Also, my unique sense of style (I love to thrift shop).
