My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
One of the guiding principles in my life is the need to be connected with the beauty and positive energy that is always present, and to make a conscious choice to align my self with the sunny side of life. I'm interested in comedy, keeping fit, spirituality, nature (we have a lot of that in the lower mainland!), world cultural history, good food, movies etc. Most of my friends would describe me as an energetic, kind, fun, intelligent person. OK, you're thinking, these friends must be biased. You're probably correct in that assumption!
I've been single for four years, and I would truly like to be in a relationship with a compatible woman. I am capable of being self sufficient, but it would be great to have someone where there is a good supply of mutual caring. Like everyone, I've made mistakes in life, but I have also tried to learn and evolve beyond the past. I'm wanting to share fun, passionate and loving times with my partner.

As most of us feel our soul mate is somewhere out there, I would like to state: I hope you're enjoying the universe! To all people on this website, I wish you the best in finding your life partner and bliss!

I am loving, creative, and unique
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm an artist working in the areas of music (jazz/blues/classical/new music). I play guitar, piano, percussion, electronic and also teach improvisation, composition, music history/theory. I also write monologues, radio plays, poetry and video ideas. I am also a recording engineer, have toured in 3 continents many times and generally, I'm enjoying life being creative.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
In no particular order: Teaching, goofing off, making coffee/french toast/salads/salmon, catching objects that fall from a ledge/table/chair (no kidding!), being honest, interviewing someone and being interviewed, enjoying laughter, cuddling, running errands, planning music tours, caring about others, ping pong, enjoying nature, have a knack of not taking life too seriously, expressing my opinions, listening to others, making puns, remembering conversations, napping, having fun and make other people laugh. Maybe there's more, and if so, I'll thicken this category with stuff later!

Spiritual values
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
things that don't add up to a hill of beans, but life still gets me back on track. Inequality between people rubs me the wrong way, as does racism and intolerance, as well as numerous governments in the world that like nothing better than to control as many people as possible.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
attending a performance, watching movies, playing music, partying, eating and hanging with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Hmmm, this is a tough one. I generally don't hide secret eccntrricities, but I can't really think of anything provocative as i write this. During conversation, God only knows what might pop into my head!
