My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I hate these things. Let's see I love music and literature. Those are definitely my two passions. I'm pretty quiet most of the time but once I get to know you I don't stop talking. I get lost in thought a lot so I walk around and stare at the buildings to pass time.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working in a kitchen right now, trying to get out of it and do something in the fields I actually went to school for, aren't we all. Playing noise and rock and roll music with friends. Playing pinball. Finishing up the Dune series. Listening to Pirates' games on the radio. And writing shit when I feel compelled.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Books: My two favorite authors are Anais Nin and Henry Miller and I like a lot of other Modernist authors as well like Hemmingway and Joyce. Beat poets of course, Ginsberg, Burroughs, Kerouac, etc. As well as a lot of other authors, Camus, Tolstoy, Whitman and more.
Lately I've been reading the Dune series and a lot of H.P. Lovecraft.

Music: 60's Garage and Psych is definitely my favorite. Anything garage really. Punk and Hardcore turned me into a music nerd so there's always a warm spot in my heart for them. Mostly early punk form the 70s and early 80s. I also like noise and pretty much anything that would be deemed "art music". As long as it doesn't sound superficial and sounds like someone put some thought into it, I'll give it a chance.

Movies: Woody Allen, Ingmar Bergman, and Stanley Kubrick are probably my top three directors with 2001: A Space Odyssey being my all-time favorote. I also like the Coen Brothers, Jean-Luc Godard, Jean Cocteau, Fredrico Fellini, Luis Bunuel, and Seijun Suzuki among many others.

Shows: Star Trek: The Next Generation & X Files

Food: Just put it in front of me and tell me what it is after.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My cat, Poke

Yeah, I don't need those last two but they're fun, if that's a deal breaker so be it.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How the present times will be translated into history and what events people will choose to remember. That, and Lake Vostok in Antarctica.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Working or at the bar.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
