Just started a new job working with the butcher

I can cook. Given my profession it is kind of essential. Dishes of note are: Tuna Carpaccio, green Thai curry, roast venison with chocolate gravy (better than it sounds) and not to blow my own trumpet but my home-made hummus is like crack cocaine made from chickpeas. Also good at Juxtaposing. Placing two things together so they become more than the some of their parts and force an interesting dialogue between both objects.
