Anyway, on to about me:
Personality traits I consider myself to hold are: shy, humorous, goofy, stubborn, loyal, honest, modest, and organized.

Up front: I'm a nerd/dork/geek (take your pick), and I'm looking for like minded people to befriend, date, or both.

For hobbies I enjoy playing video games, computers, following politics, reading (currently reading A Kingdom of Thorn and Bone by Greg Keyes) , working out (because if you can't have good looks, at least you can try and have some muscles!), watching movies, TV shows (I'm rather enjoying House, The Shield, and Dexter at the moment, anime-wise I'm watching Bleach), listening to music, or just goofing off.

However, I dislike the beach (except at night), sports, and the Florida heat. I'm pretty much a homebody who's perfectly happy to stay at home or hangout with friends.

Politically I consider myself a libertarian. Religiously I'm agnostic. I'm currently a student at USF in Tampa, going for a B.A. in Political Science, maybe a minor in Arabic. My goal is to get a Masters in Political Science and do something...political with it. (I just enjoy discussing and following politics, not sure on a job or anything like that yet) Yes, I haven't thought much farther than that on my future career.

Musical tastes I enjoy fall within the ranges of Techno, Alternative, Instrumental, and a decent range of other genres. The only 2 types I don't care for are Country and Rap.
Favorite bands/artists at the moment are: Eiffel 65, Ve, Emancipator, Enya, Fischerspooner, Gigi D'Agostino, Royksopp, The Flashbulb, The Rasmus, Daft Punk, Imogen Heap.

As to what sort of woman I'm looking for: A nerdy sort of girl who has similar interests as me. Height wise the max I'll probably go is 5'7. Doesn't smoke or do drugs, does not mind if I don't give a lick about sports, Weights less or the same as I do (I'm around 180-190 lbs), doesn't have kids, and is pretty honest. I may add more to this restrictive list later, but that's all I can think of at the moment.

College, that's it really. I'm thinking about minoring in Arabic and joining the CIA as a translator. But I got that idea probably from reading too many Tom Clancy novels.

Computers...surfing the interwebs...blowing off my homework for another night...video games. I'm good at listening as well and keeping secrets (because I tend to forget them).
