In it he discovers traits for a successful relationship:
2) Not Running When Uncomfortable
4) Not Going Through The Motions
AKA this is all common sense. I don't think any of these traits are noble and I think it's pretty pathetic how many people in my generation don't even hold themselves to these standards let alone in relationships.
So...if you aren't 100% super-clear that you choose to embody these 4 things - please don't even waste your time.
