My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hi, I'm Edward. I'm from the Western Suburbs of Chicago originally. I'll be heading to University of Illinois Springfield in fall after spending two years working in the music industry. My interests primarily lie in high culture, musical endeavors, gaming, and most anything to do with wilderness or urban exploration. I enjoy talking about a large number of topics but my particular favorites would be history, politics, and art history. I've also travelled to Spain, Gibralter, Most of the Caribbean, Malta, England, Canada, and Mexico.

ENTJ if you were curious.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Currently working in the musical rat race. Due fall I will be heading off to finish up my degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I've been told I have a penchant for surprising people with random and thoughtful gifts such as a well placed greeting card with the interior whited out, and a random link to a song that reminded me of them. Oh, and impressions I'm particularly fond of my Gollum(Smeagol) and Stitch(From Lilo and Stitch) impressions.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Eyebrows, always eyebrows.

Bands I've crowd surfed at(Some with decidedly less surfing than others): Linkin Park, Avenged Sevenfold, Wilco, Animal Collective, Radiohead, Sonata Arctica, Therion, The Dead Weather, Therion, Celldweller, The Muse, Shinedown, The Dresden Dolls, and Radiohead.

Volumes of text I'm fond of: Count of Monte Cristo, American lion,Neil Gaiman's Sandman series(Comic), Dune series (Actually, I'm apparently in the minority who thought the series written by Frank's son was actually good. Erasmus is best character), Lord of the Rings, Don Quixote, and Dante's inferno.

Tv Series of Note: Game of Thrones, Battlestar Galactica(Newer series),Rome, Deadwood, The Tudors, Star Trek Voyager, and American Horror Story.

Bold Art Styles that Inspire Me: Neo-Dada, Der Blaue Reiter, and Surrealism

Cuisine I devour: Tapas, Hungarian Style Pasta, and anything new.

Cinema I adore: Army of Darkness, Once Upon a Time in the West, Princess Bride, Fight club, Edward Scissorhands, The Good The Bad and The Ugly, and Nightmare on Elm Street.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Cuisine to excite the pallet.
2. Art to inspire and excite the senses
3. New Destinations to discover
4. The company of friends.
5. A team to cheer for! (In this case Bears, Atlanta Braves, White Sox, and Hawks)
6. Goals to strive for as the journey of life is never truly over.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Out of all the places to be born, or exist I'm in this one currently. I'm just working out the details on the drawing board on how to make the most of it. If I can brighten one person's day with a cleverly placed joke, or help motivate someone to something greater I've made a difference.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Rocking out with my friends at a concert, hitting up an art gallery for inspiration, or meeting new and exciting people!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I was really quite distraught when my teacher told me I couldn't grow up to be a terrifying lion terrorizing the Savannah in search of noms, and chilling on a sweet warm rock.
