I’ve recently taken up shop in metro-Detroit (I’ll be splitting my time between here and Chicago), and I’d love to find someone to share new experiences with. Spontaneity is a huge plus; I crave adventure. While I’d love to be traveling (a snowmobile trail in northern WI is just as appealing as the slopes in Switzerland), closer to home, you might find me at a fine restaurant one night and a total dive bar (hope you don’t mind losing a game of pool, darts, or Golden Tee to a chick) the next. Food and drink are a huge passion. I can appreciate the nuances of a PBR just as much as a craft beer; both have their time and place. Another passion is my business and I’m always looking for growth and inspiration.
I was raised Jewish, and though Judaism had a very positive influence on my upbringing and is steeped rich in culture and tradition, I no longer practice. I prefer you not practice religion either.
I believe in meeting right off the bat rather than having drawn-out email exchanges – it’s all about chemistry and, well, how else would I know if you hold a fork like a child. :)
I'd love to catch a Tigers or Lions game!
A few fave metro-Detroit spots: Sugar House, Astro Coffee, Café Muse, Commonwealth, Bistro Joe’s, Kitchen Hanzo, Sharaku, Rugby Grill, Supino’s, Pho Lucky, Slow’s, Scotty Simpson’s, Mercury Bar, Russell Street Deli, and my best meal in Detroit…Forest Grill.
Alas, for the sake of not wasting each other’s time, I’m NOT INTERESTED IN: picky eaters, pro-lifers, same-sex marriage bashers, religious freaks, non-drinkers, daily/heavy pot smokers, starving artists, marathon runners, competitive cyclists, bicyclists (as a mode of transportation), gym rats, cat lovers/owners, animal activists (kids, kids, kids!!), heavily inked & pierced dudes, mama's boys, bi-polar men, perverted “Anthony Weiner” penpals, and virgins.
