Well what do I say about me? I am highly creative, and I think imagination and creativity are two of the most important things any person can have. Without those, you don't have much at all.

I'm very big into gaming (PC gaming a lot, minor console gaming, lots and lots of table-top RPGs), and yes I'm a hell of a geek. I admit I'm obsessive about gaming and trying to build a career in the gaming industry. It's what I love, and it's what I do best.

I am a story-teller by nature and by choice. So I write. Novels in the future, movies if I can manage to make it work, but for the moment I am creating my own games in the hopes of getting them out there for people to enjoy.

I am distracted, inquisitive, and cynical

At the moment I'm working a day job just to pay the bills and save money. I'm saving that money so I can publish the projects I'm currently working on. As I mentioned in my self-summary, I am trying to get into the gaming industry. Well I have to start somewhere, but unfortunately no one will publish an author who isn't previously published, so I plan on doing it myself. More control over the work this way, to boot.

Hmmm....I am good at creative thinking and problem solving, it's one of the things I love best. I work for hours on end, day after day, and it never gets old. Whether writing fiction, developing game rules, or programming, I love it all. Wouldn't know it to watch me work, as I get pissed off (particularly when programming) at problems I encounter, but the feeling of satisfaction I get when I complete a project is beyond explanation.

I am very contradictory and sarcastic. I like doing and saying things to put people off balance and make them actually pay attention to what's going on, instead of going through the motions of conditioned responses.

--Favorite books: Dragonlance Chronicles, and Legends trilogies. All credit to Tolkein for creating modern fantasy, but I think Dragonlance tops the rings books. I also very much enjoy the Redwall books, at least the earlier ones. Star Wars books are a no-brainer for someone like me, except for the ones written by Stackpole. I will never again read any single load of tripe written by that hack.

--Movies: Star Wars like a mofo. I can quote the original trilogy. Yes, I'm that geeky (and I root for the dark side). I also very much love the Alien saga, and yes I enjoy Resurrection and AvP, just to watch people die. The Matrix is a big one on my list also. Other than that, I'm pretty much a movie whore; it takes a lot for me to truly not enjoy a movie.

--Music: Oomph!, Rammstein, Nine Inch Nails, Lords of Acid, Tool, Zombie, Iron Maiden, that sort of thing. Chopin is my favorite classical composer, and John Williams is my favorite modern composer.

Internet. PC. Second monitor for PC. Alcohol. Gaming books. Dice.

Gaming books, rules within those books, the history and setting of the worlds in which my stories take place, how to make the rules of my own games function more efficiently, how to trick computer code into doing what I want it to.

Hunched over a keyboard. Were I somewhere else where there was something to do, my friends would probably drag me away to do things. Unfortunately, though, this town is so pathetic that even the airport is boring.

Wow, this one is interesting. I'll have to think about this.
