Living out here has been pretty great so far, I love my job, and have met a lot of really great people, and I'm always looking to meet more. Even though its great out here, I do get homesick for things like camping, fishing, and riding atv's. I grew up surrounded by farmland so I was doing that kind of stuff all the time.
I've found as I've grown up that I don't really put the same value on certain things as most people. I don't need a really nice car, giant house, or frequent expensive vacations. Would I enjoy these things? Of course, but I don't base my happiness or success in life on the ownership of them. My car is the same one I drove in high school, I could get a new one, but mine still runs great, plus I've been through so much with that car that I'm not going to part with it until it literally cant even roll forward, and then Ill drive backwards until it cant do that anymore either.
For me, happiness is found in 2 places, one of those is in the simple pleasures of this world. Things like the smell of fresh cut grass, going for a run in the rain, enjoying and taking in the atmosphere of a quiet and peaceful night, that tingling and energizing feeling you get when you hear a song you love, warm tea on a cold day, and many more I wont waste your time writing out here haha. The other place I find happiness is in completing goals, and pushing myself each day. Whether its my job, my body, my social life, or anything else, if I can set a goal to improve upon myself I will, and each step closer to those goals fills me with happiness and pride.
Overall I'm an introverted northern farm boy, one who was lucky enough to be blessed with the ignorance that there's nothing we cant do if we really want it, and put the effort into it. So I guess that's why I'm on here, I'd like to meet an awesome, like minded, and driven individual to spend some time with. If you've made it this far you obviously qualify, so cut the formalities and message me :)
