My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Originally from New York, I graduated college with a BA in International Studies/Relations and contemplating obtaining a masters. Above all, I LOVE to travel and usually take off at least 3-4 times a year to travel to South America, the Caribbean or within Europe. I love being in some random foreign country and in places I'm unfamiliar with... at least for the time being. I'm really into Peru, Colombia and Chile... all those Andean countries.

I cannot tolerate a materialistic, mundane approach to life. I enjoy being active and generally have a lot of energy and always ready for an adventure although, at times, I do enjoy a night in.

I'm generally pretty liberal and kinda far to the left on most issues. I have a good sense of humor although, at times, it may be a little dry.

I also like doing lots of outdoor stuff and love being outside... hiking, canoeing, biking, trekking, etc. and would much rather be outdoors than indoors.

I read an awful lot and have a genuine interest in what's going on around the world we live in. I'm open minded, modest, easy-going and spontaneous.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Currently working for the Post Office... and when I'm not there... I'm somewhere abroad.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making people laugh.
Finding loopholes.
Being spontaneous.
Naming the soundtrack to obscure television commercials.
Being generous.
Disliking sites just like this... so I probably won't be on here for an extended period of time. Yeahhh.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
You tell me.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
laptop (actually, I probably should learn to live without that)
a grill
passport
camera
comfortable bed
sunlight
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Where to travel to next.

How it's 2014 and yet so much of the world is afflicted by violence, political chaos and poverty... and why peace seems so unobtainable.

What's for dinner.

I often think about if this is all dream, a hoax or an illusion... if I've already died or if I'm actually in a coma and everything that I think I am experiencing at the moment is nothing but a dream, or thoughts during my coma... that one day I will wake up from this coma to realize that everything I think that I know in this life never was... never existed... and I'll have no way of going back to the life and people that I thought I knew.
