My self-summary
Update: going to be editing this thing shortly. It makes me seem a bit two dimensional.

Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Steve, and I'm something of an aspiring artist type. I'm new to the Seattle area so I'm still getting used to the area. Rather than filling this profile with the standard things about how much I love books and travel (which I totally do), I wanted to post info from a different profile.

(( For best effect, play this in the background while you read. ))

Ladies and Gentlemen! I direct your attention to the center ring!

I am the Good Reverend Quillan T. Patchworth III. While I am still learning the noble ways of the clown, I am an artist with many skills. I'm a cartoonist, writer, singer, actor, and training myself in the art of balloon sculpting, ventriloquy, photography, shibari, and have interest in learning hypnotism. I'm also slightly ADD. Shocking, I know.

My personal interests are vast and many. Obviously I'm big into clowns and the circus in general. I am also involved in the furry community, so the two have a bit of crossover. I enjoy anime, paranormal romance novels, stand-up comedy, coins, cartoons and video games. I'm basically all over the geek map. I've also started trying to get fit and have been having some success on that front. I have a long journey ahead of me, but I'm enjoying the trip.

For now I'm looking to meet new people, network and learn more about the area and local events. Local friends would be ideal, but I'd be happy to meet people from all over. After all, I've been known to leave the state for conventions in the past, definite potential to hit a munch while I'm away from home. I'm hoping to meet more clowns, artists, or generally cool people.

One last thing: Despite being a clown, I'm not a Wikkid Klown or Juggalo. My background isn't based on horror movies. I may be a bit spooky, but I embrace my clown side for what it is. A way to entertain and have a few laughs. I don't take myself or the world around me too seriously, and I'm not here to scare people. Most of the time.

So I bid greetings to you all. Let the show begin!

I am training to become a clown, hoping to do some busking down in Pike Place market when the weather warms up. I know clowns are scary to a lot of people, but please be respectful of me, as I will most certainly be respectful of you.
What I’m doing with my life
I just finished writing a book for Nanowrimo, which I will be cleaning up over the next few months. Hopefully get that published so I can work on the next one.

I'm starting to meet some of the local folks, trying to expand my social circles. In between working the night shift, that can be a little difficult but I'm doing better.
I’m really good at
Balloon Animals
Making People Laugh
The first things people usually notice about me
My nails. I paint them black, mostly. I can add some splashes of color if I'm feeling particularly puckish.

Or obviously my face if I'm wearing clown make-up.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Mostly paranormal romance, sci-fi, or fantasy.

Cartoons, Anime, comedies, stand-up comics, goofy and classic horror, anything MST3K or the Marx Bros.

80's-90's retro cartoons, Anime, character-driven mystery shows, Korean Dramas, comedies

Eclectic. It would take too long to explain. Excludes instrumentals, classical music (Mozart, Beethoven, etc), and the Beatles. Pretty much anything else is fair game if it makes me sing along

Ech...toughie. I love Pizza, and most types of food, be it Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Mexican. I just don't eat most of it anymore in favor of eating healthier.
The six things I could never do without
My Computer
My art Supplies
My Sense of Humor
My family
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Most of my time is spent thinking about whatever project currently has me in its grip. Comic plots, characters, film ideas.

A lot of it is also dedicated to clowns, circus or carnival related stuff. How to make balloon animals, various personas, jokes and the like.

Other than that, my head is crammed with 80's-90's cartoon nostalgia and movie quotes.

Also, British accents. And why people are so obsessed with mustaches in this town.
On a typical Friday night I am
I generally play video games for a bit then sit down to chat while I do artsy things. I occasionally hang out with friends and either go out to the movies or discus projects we're working on. Never been much for the bar scene.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm not as innocent as I might seem.
